These Terms and Conditions govern your use of caesarsmagicbalm.com and the purchase of products from Caesar's Magic Balm. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Caesar's Magic Balm is a UK-based business selling organic pet care products. Our registered address is London, UK, W1H 7JH. Contact us at hello@caesarsmagicbalm.com.

•  All products are handmade in small batches in London, UK.

•  Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur between batches.

•  Caesar's Magic Balm is a pet grooming product for external use on dogs only. It is not a veterinary medicine.

•  Results may vary between individual animals. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

•  Not suitable for dogs with epilepsy or seizure disorders due to the presence of Rosemary essential oil.

•  All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

•  We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

•  The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

•  By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase our product.

•  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

•  Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

•  You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed successfully.

•  We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

•  Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation.

•  Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — estimated 2-3 working days.

•  Express delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 — estimated next working day.

•  Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

•  We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

•  You have 14 days from receipt to return an unopened product for a full refund.

•  We cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

•  If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

•  Caesar's Magic Balm is a pet grooming product only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

•  Always consult your veterinarian before use if your dog has existing health conditions.

•  We accept no liability for adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

•  Not for human use. Keep out of reach of children.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
