1. Our Promise

We want you to be completely happy with your Caesar's Magic Balm purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@caesarsmagicbalm.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Your Right To Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

3. How To Return

•  Contact us at hello@caesarsmagicbalm.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

•  Include your order number and reason for return.

•  We will provide you with return instructions.

•  Return the product in its original, unopened packaging.

•  You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

•  We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

•  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

•  Refunds are made to the original payment method.

•  Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

•  Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

•  If your product arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

•  Please include photos of the damage or fault.

•  We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

•  You do not need to return damaged items unless specifically requested.

6. Items We Cannot Accept Returns For

•  Opened products — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened balm tins.

•  Products damaged through misuse or improper storage.

•  Products returned after the 14-day return window without prior agreement.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

8. International Returns

As we currently only ship within the UK, this policy applies to UK orders only.
