Caesar's Magic Balm currently ships to the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to the EU and internationally in the near future. Please check back or sign up to our newsletter for updates.

•  Free standard shipping on orders over £45 (2 or more jars)

•  Orders are processed within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation.

•  Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

•  During busy periods processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email.

•  You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

•  Track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

•  If you have not received your tracking number within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us.

•  If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

•  We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

•  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

•  We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

•  Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

•  We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

All orders are packaged in our signature recycled cardboard box with Caesar's story card inside. We are committed to eco-friendly packaging — all materials are recyclable.
